Shipping:  See item details for estimated arrival times. If an item must be made from scratch, it could be 4-6 weeks before an item is completed and ships (especially during SCA war season). Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs or carrier issues. 

Returns and Exchanges: I do not normally accept returns or exchanges, however I have been known to make exceptions on a case by case basis, particularly if the item is unused and you can come to the booth and swap me. If I have to ship an exchange I am out the extra shipping which probably means I lose money on the sale.
