Combined Shipping Policy

Drifa’s Leap supports combined shipping, but since each seller manages their own shop, there are two ways this can currently be handled:

1. After Payment (Refund Method)

  • If a buyer has already paid for multiple items and the seller wishes to combine shipping, the seller may open a support ticket.

  • In the ticket, the seller should indicate the refund amount to return to the buyer.

  • An admin will process the refund through the payment provider used at checkout (PayPal or Stripe).

2. Before Payment (Seller Adjustment)

  • A buyer may contact a seller before completing checkout to request combined shipping.

  • The seller can then choose one of the following options:

    • Deny the request (normal shipping rates apply).

    • Create a custom order for the buyer with adjusted shipping.

    • Edit the existing listing to include free shipping.

      • If the listing is edited, the item will be removed from the buyer’s cart (since the price/shipping details have changed). The buyer will need to return to the listing and add it back to their cart before completing checkout.
