For ready-made items, they are sold as-is and we do not offer refunds on these items.

Support:
• If items are worn / used frequently, they may break or wear over time. Generally speaking, if your item needs to be repaired, you will be responsible for the shipping to get it to and from me for repair.
o Wire woven necklaces are considered consumable and are not repairable unless there is an issue with the ends. I am happy to fix those at no charge.
- Silver wire weaving may be melted down and turned into a different item if it gets to that state of disrepair. This will be handled as a separate commission with labor-only applied.
o Leather, forged bronze, and forged silver items have a limited lifetime warranty and will be repaired by me for as long as I am able to complete the work.

o $200.00 or greater = 30% deposit
• Payment Plan: For larger commissions, you are welcome to work with me to establish a payment plan to pay off your balance.
• I require the balance to be paid before mailing out a completed commission.
• Once I accept your commission, I will send an invoice, due in 10 days. Once the deposit invoice is paid, I will start ordering materials. If the invoice is not paid, I will have to cancel the commission.
• Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

Deadlines:
• Depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work, and con / festival seasons, the turnaround time may vary.
• I will provide an estimated time for completion, and/or indicate if there is a delay in completing your commission.
o I strive to only take 1-2 commissions per month and strongly prefer to have at least 3 months or more to work on the commission.
• I will notify you when I begin your commission.
• You may request a WIP at any time.

Shipping:
• Commissioners are responsible for the cost of shipping, no matter the price of the item.
o I prefer to use USPS, but can ship via UPS or FedEx if the commissioner prefers.
o Any orders that are valued at over $100.00 will have additional shipping insurance added to them.
o By default, a shipping hold of $27.00 will be assessed as part of the quote for a Large Flat Rate Priority Mail package, but may change based on the finished weight / size of the commission.
• I will make all attempts that I can to hand deliver or SCA mail items, but sometimes, it is not feasible.

Refunds:
• You may receive a partial refund, less the cost of materials, depending on the reason for the refund request. Customer bad behavior will result in the cancellation of the commission without refund.
• If I have started your commission, I will issue a partial refund on the remainder of the amount owed based on how much work is done. No refunds will be issued once commission has been completed.
o PayPal specific:
- If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
- If you request a PayPal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way I deem fit. I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal with my Terms of Service and any photos and conversations we have surrounding your piece as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
