SunCat Designs is the brainchild of Milan Nelson, better known in the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA) as Thegn Samson "Samii" Muskovich. While he has been doing leather-crafting since 2006, during the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic, he decided to jump feet first into learning how to craft Viking-inspired jewelry out of bronze.

Since then, he has been running headlong into refining his skills with bronze, becoming proficient in working with silver, and designing items that have their roots in historical finds in Norway, Sweden, England, and parts beyond.

SunCat Designs is a creative venture where the owner fuses medieval technique with modern technology to fit the needs and aesthetics of the modern medievalist. We offer both ready-made and bespoke items to satisfy a number of visions and budgets.
