All items which are not custom-made are returnable or exchangeable within 30 days, though the buyer is responsible for postage. That being said, we have been doing this a long time and have made our name providing high-quality items, responding quickly to the unlikely and unusual issues that crop up from time to time. Send me a note, and we'll tackle the issue and will do everything reasonable to find a solution that works for both buyer and seller. 

We usually ship the same day or the next, except for the few times per year when we are out of town. Most shipping is done via USPS or UPS, depending upon the best mix of economy and cost that fits with when you need the item. Very occasionally, the carrier will lose a package, but we include insurance in our shipping fee so that we're both covered in this unlikely but occasional event.
