Cost:  $10 each depending on the leather. A $2 setup cost (per order) is included in the $3 shipping fee.

Attaching:  Attach with permanent glue stick such as Scotch or Uhu (easiest method) or PVA white glue such as Gorilla or Elmers wood glue. For vinyl or other synthetic surfaces, use multipurpose household glue such as Barge or Duco cement.
