General Item Policy: I use no placeholder images for products, what you click is what you get. 

Shipping: I generally ship within 3-5 days, all products are all fully assembled and ready to deliver to you.

Custom orders: I am not accepting commissions or custom orders at this time. 

Availability. I make these chains out of love for making them and seeing interesting jewelry riding shiny and chrome out in the world. Chains are available after they have been made and listed, but there is no promise that another one exactly like it will be listed again in the future. Most listings are unique one-offs, I get bored of making the same thing over and over again.

Pricing: I price chains based on the complexity of the weave, time necessary to make one and cost of materials. Prices are fixed, and messages about "I can get that cheaper elsewhere" will be met with "Then by all means buy from someone outcompeting me!".

Refunds: I do accept refunds, however shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer must pay for the chain to be returned. Damaged goods are non-refundable.
