Refunds and Returns

Refunds and returns are done on a case-by-case basis.  Items needing to be returned or refunded must be based on complaint.  Refunds and returns are not given on items already received and customer has changed their mind.  Things U Need must receive an email of explanation of complaint within 10 business days of purchase.  This email must be received before item will be considered for refund or return. Email at: thingsuneed188@gmail.com Buyer must read and understand description of product.  If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is not satisfied seller is not responsible for refund or return.  Buyer will be eligible for refund or return only if product is physically damaged.  

Care instructions

Whenever possible all fabrics are prewashed to prevent bleeding and shrinkage.  Seller recommends the use of a gentle detergent, a color catcher, washing in cold water, and drying on a low setting or air drying.  

Orders

After orders are submitted please allow 5 to 7 days for manufacturing of product.  Customer will be contacted via email when order is complete and ready to ship.
