Every item in our shop is handmade to order with historical inspiration and careful attention to detail. Slight variations in weave, dye, and stitch are to be expected and celebrate the uniqueness of handmade goods.
Processing & Shipping
Processing Time: Please allow 7-14 business days for the creation of your item before it ships. Rush orders may be available upon request—please contact us before purchasing.
Shipping: We ship worldwide via reliable postal services. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. You will receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom, handmade nature of our items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will happily work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
Sizing Concerns: We provide detailed size charts for each item. Please measure carefully and contact us with any questions before ordering. We are happy to discuss custom sizing for an additional fee.
Custom Orders & Commissions
We love bringing your historical visions to life! Custom commissions are welcome. Please contact us directly to discuss your ideas, timeline, and a quote before any payment is made. A non-refundable deposit is required to begin custom work.
Care Instructions
Your handmade garment is an investment. Specific care instructions will be included with your order. Most of our wool and linen items require gentle hand-washing in cool water and laying flat to dry to preserve their quality for years to come.
