Shipping:

• Orders are typically packaged and shipped via USPS Flat Rate within 1-5 business days.   If you need an order by a certain date, please contact us for expedited shipping.
• Currently shipping is only available in the US and Canada.  Please do note, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes which may apply.  We are also not responsible for delays due to customs.
• Currently our shipping prices are calculated at a flat rate cost per product.  For example if purchasing two of the same product the shipping would be charged once, however if purchasing 2 or more different products, shipping would be charged the corresponding number of times.  
  • In such instances when shipping is charged multiple times, we'll reach out to you to refund the excess shipping.

Cancelations, Exchanges, and Returns: 

• We accept cancelations made within 48hours of a purchase.
• For exchanges and/or returns please contact us to discuss the details
  • If an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 1-2 days of arrival with a photograph of the damage.
• Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs.  Please ensure the return package has a tracking number and to provided it to us.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
