Processing Times
Ready-to-ship items will be prepared and shipped as promptly as possible, generally within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional preparation time.

Shipping
Items will be carefully packaged for safe delivery. Shipping costs and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout when applicable. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Returns & Issues
Due to the handmade, original, and limited nature of many items, returns or exchanges may not be accepted unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error with the order. If there is a problem, please contact me promptly so I can work toward a solution.

Product Representation
I do my best to accurately photograph and describe each item. Because of screen settings, printing variations, and the handmade nature of some products, slight differences may occur.

Custom Orders
If custom or personalized items are offered, details must be confirmed before production begins. Custom items may not be eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.

Digital Products
Digital products, if offered, are for personal use unless otherwise stated and are non-refundable once delivered.
