Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from when the order was received. Some orders may take up to 7 business days to ship. 

Shipping is Ground Advantage only.  Shipping transit speed is determined by the USPS Postal Service.  Delivery times start when the package is handed off to the Post Office, not when the order is placed.  This means that the estimated delivery date may vary based on when the package is shipped.

RETURN POLICY

YOU are responsible for return postage on all returns.  Return shipping labels will NOT be provided. Before making a purchase, please read the description of the item to verify sizes and color. 

In cases where a package has been delivered but cannot be found, I am unable to provide a refund.  I recommend that you file a stolen mail report with the post office and your local police department to track cases and investigate any patterns of mail theft in your area.
