Every item in our shop is handmade and made to order, which means no two pieces are ever exactly the same.

Please allow up to 14 days for us to carefully create your item before it ships. We truly appreciate your patience while we put time and care into making something special just for you.

? One-of-a-Kind Pieces

Because each item is handmade:

Slight variations in color, texture, and design are to be expected
Your piece will be uniquely yours and may differ slightly from photos

We believe these differences are what make handmade items so meaningful and special.

? Shipping

Once your item is ready, it will be shipped with tracking.

Estimated delivery times:

U.S.: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays can occasionally happen and are outside of our control.

Payments are processed securely through Drifa's Leap, and we begin creating your order once payment is confirmed.

❌ Cancellations

Because we begin preparing materials and planning your item shortly after an order is placed, we’re unable to accept cancellations.

As each item is made specifically for you, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
