Returns are only accepted on non-custom items within two weeks after receiving the item. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund and you are responsible for all return shipping. Custom made pieces are NOT refundable. If something comes up and you must cancel, you will be refunded minus 15% for work already completed.
