Glaze & Food Safety
All interior glazes used in my pottery are commercial-grade, food-safe, and non-toxic. I do not use any materials that contain lead or cadmium. Exterior glazes may be commercial, custom, or a blend of both. While decorative in nature, they are created with the same level of care and safety.

Care Instructions

Hand washing is strongly recommended for all items. While they may survive a dishwasher, the harsh detergents and high-pressure water can dull or damage finishes over time.

Microwave use is not recommended. Due to the natural variations in clay bodies and glaze chemistry, I cannot guarantee how a piece will react in a microwave. Some may become extremely hot, and finishes may be compromised. Use at your own discretion.

Shipping Information

At this time, I ship within the United States via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated prior to shipping, and I will combine items whenever possible to save you on shipping fees.

I aim to ship the next business day, but please allow 3–4 days for pickup and handling.

I do accept custom commissions with a 30% deposit to begin the work. Custom pieces typically take 4–6 weeks to complete due to the many environmental factors that affect clay and glaze performance.

Returns & Exchanges

Returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival. If an item is damaged or destroyed during return shipping, the refund will not be issued. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that return items are properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. Please repack with care; just as they were shipped to you.

If your item arrives damaged in its original shipment, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I will offer a full refund or replacement. Since each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, exact replacements may not be possible.

Items damaged after delivery may be eligible for a refund or replacement at my discretion.

Custom Orders

I will send photos of the finished piece(s) before shipping to ensure you are completely happy with the result. If you are not satisfied, I will offer one re-make of the piece. The rework will reset the production timeline.

If, after the re-make, no reasonable accommodation can be reached, the agreement will be considered terminated. While I truly want every customer to love their piece, I cannot commit to multiple re-makes for a single order.

If you need a rush order, please reach out; accommodations may be possible with an additional firing fee to cover electricity costs.

Due to the unpredictable nature of ceramics, even expertly crafted pieces are at the mercy of the kiln gods. I do everything in my power to ensure quality, but sometimes clay and fire have other plans.
