In-stock items ship once payment has been received. Custom items ship as soon as they are finished - timeline will be communicated upon ordering and updates provided. Bronze custom items require at least a 50% down payment before starting. Silver custom items require a down payment equal to the material cost. Down payments are not refundable, these cover the cost of material and time if an order is cancelled. Balances are due upon completion and must be paid before the item will ship. Tracking information is always provided - wherever possible items will ship priority flat rate. Myrkheim Hoard reserves the right to accept, deny, or cancel commissions. Items are handmade and are subject to variations from example pieces. If you are not satisfied, please let me know the reason and return the item if necessary for repair or replacement. Timelines for completion vary by item, material, and outside factors - this will be communicated as things pop up.
