Returns and exchange details

Beaded items and other jewelry items are not returnable.  Beaded items and jewelry are intimate items that cannot be sterilized for heath/hygiene reasons, due to the sterilization products would damage these items, rendering them unsellable.  Due to this fact... returns, refunds and exchanges are not generally accepted. There are times, however, when certain circumstances may arise which warrant attention to such matters.  If you have concerns with a product, please bring your concerns to my attention and it will be reviewed on an "as needed" basis.  I want you to be happy with your purchase and will work with you, if I find a concern to be valid. Your shopping experience with me is important and I want it to be as positive and as pleasurable as possible for all of my customers.  I will consider a refund on jewelry only if the item does not match the listing description. Please note that colors on screens vary greatly and items color discrepancies are not considered a valid return reason. Any return must be authorized by me, prior to being returned. Returned items must be undamaged, unused, unworn, in the original packaging, and returned with valid insurance coverage. Each of my pieces are crafted with special care and attention. I take the time to write an accurate description of each item listed. Please be sure that you take the time to read all the way through the item description for materials used, size, length etc. Please contact me prior to your purchase, if you have any questions.  All returns have to be approved by me, so before returning any items, please contact me to verify if a return will be accepted. All postage is at the expense of the buyer. ***Buyers Please Note:  Damaged items will only be replaced if they are returned, appropriately packaged, insured by the buyer, and only if and after I agreed to the replacement, prior to the return.  Please contact me before any returns. If you have concerns about an item that has incurred any damages while in carrier transit, I will request that you send photo proofs of all damage, including the package, for insurance purposes and have you return the item so that I can determine the nature of the cause, salvage what I can for reuse or repair, and I will work with you accordingly to resolve the issue. If no proof can be provided that an item has been damaged, I will not be able to assist with any refunds or repairs.

Payments

Please Note… Items do not ship until payment(s) have been received, have cleared and are confirmed cleared. Once your payment has cleared, I will process and ship your order usually within 3 - 5 normal business days.

Shipping

Shipping Charges... my shop charges current shipping costs for Ground Advantage Mail which includes tracking for delivery conformation. Included in my shipping charges, are a small amount for packaging materials and supplies. I package my products very well; however, they are fragile and can possibly suffer damage in shipping. Damaged items will only be replaced if the buyer cooperates and provides all needed pictures for a successful insurance claim. Shipping Price Break... All of my items include a shipping price break for items purchased at the same time, on the same invoice. Items are usually wrapped in foam padding, bubble wrap, and include an invoice, and then placed inside a bubble mailer for shipping. Items usually ship within 3 - 7 business days from the date of purchase and payment clearing (excluding custom orders). All items are shipped to the address located in the order at the "Ship To" address provided there by you. Please be sure that you have provided your correct shipping information. If you have ordered an item for a gift or other purpose, that will be shipped to a different location, please be sure that you provide me notice of such and the correct address for shipping. Please note that I include a sales order with each order shipped. If your purchase is a gift, or other purpose, and you prefer that a sales receipt not be sent with the order, please message me and make me aware of such. I currently only have shipping fees listed for items shipped within the U.S.A. and I currently do not ship outside of the United States. Orders are filled and shipped as they are received, and I try to get them mailed within 3 - 5 business days after payment has cleared (not counting weekends or legal holidays). During peak times of the year orders are usually filled and shipped within 5 - 7 business days, (Christmas, Valentines Day, Mother's and Father's Day, etc.) please expect to add an additional few days for processing, as we are typically swamped with orders from the local booth events we attend. I attend fairs, craft shows, bazaars, rodeos, and other types of events, where I sometimes do sell out of product which I may have to make for restock. I will advise the buyer if there are any issues, such as: I am waiting on a restock or a material order that will delay the item being made, resulting in the shipment time to be delayed, etc. Some items may be made when orders are received. Please note: A delivery tracking number will be provided to buyers when their order has been shipped and the order marked complete. This allows for the buyer to track and ensure the delivery of their items.  

Please Note:  Upon shipment, delivery time is out of my hands.  There is always a risk of delayed arrival that can be caused by natural events, storms, accidents, Postal Issues, etc. and these are totally out of my control.

Additional policies and FAQs

Out of Stock Information: I try to keep all listed items in stock and it's not normal for my jewelry, beads or beading materials items to be out of stock. However, sometimes my items may be out at an event or show, out with a jobber, consigned to a store, or may have been sold at a recent show, by a jobber, or in one of my other online shops. In one of these cases, they will be either recalled or re-made. Rarely is this an issue, but if this does happen, the buyer will be notified only if this will delay the shipping for a few days. Custom orders and bulk order sales will be listed as a custom order in the name of the one whom has placed and purchased the order. Please feel free to message me with any questions or requests.
