Because every piece is made by hand, a few policies keep things fair, safe, and predictable for both of us.

Returns and Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item meets the conditions below.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on my end.

One-of-a-Kind Skull Art

• All skull pieces are one of a kind.
• If you return a skull piece, it must be packaged and shipped safely to prevent damage in transit.
• Refunds for skull pieces are issued only after the item is returned, delivered, and examined to confirm it arrived back in its original condition.
• Buyer pays return shipping for skull returns.

Custom Design Work

• No returns or refunds on custom designs, since the work is created specifically for you.
• What’s included in a standard custom design order:
• 1 Zoom consult after the initial design discussion
• 2 mockups
• Up to 3 change requests
• After the included changes are used, additional edits may require a change order and additional cost. We’ll discuss scope and pricing before I proceed.

Clothing Items

• Clothing items cannot be returned once worn.
• Unworn items may qualify for return within the 30-day window, if they are returned in original condition.
