Each item is unique. These are often functional art pieces. I do my best to make them durable, but they are not indestructible. My hats cannot be washed and must be spot cleaned. 

If you find you need a repair, contact me and we can set up a video call where I can walk you though repairs. Each hat comes with a small repair kit. I will also repair any of my hats sent to me for the cost of return shipping. 

Refunds are not available for hats. Order items will be on a case by case basis.  

Commissions are taken in a case by case basis.
