Processing Time

• Ready-to-ship items are sent within 3–5 business days.

• Custom orders typically ship in 2–3 weeks, depending on complexity. I’ll keep you updated along the way.

Shipping

• All orders are shipped with tracking.

• Felted Kingdom is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the handmade nature of my work, I accept returns or exchanges only if an item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos.

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Custom Orders

• I love bringing your ideas to life! Custom designs are non-refundable once work has begun.

• I’ll send progress photos so you can approve details before shipping.
