Nearly all that we create is handmade and unique.   We can ship USPS though if you are a local SCA member, we can arrange meeting at an event to get you your purchase!  If a purchase arrives broken we will need to know within 24 hours with a picture of the item in the box.  We can try to recreate a similar item.
