All prices are in USD. All dimensions are in centimeters (cm) and weights are in grams (gm). Dimensions are provided in the "description" field of each listing. It is your responsibility to verify size prior to purchase. 

All silver items are solid sterling, though we do not stamp ".925" on them. We never sell silver plated product. 

Each item is made by hand. As such, allow for slight differences in finish, patina and design variations. If you order multiples of the same item that are not normally sold in pairs, we will try to match them as best we can or give you a choice that works for you. Your item may be darker or lighter/brighter than depicted. 

There are runes carved into the backs all pieces. These are our maker's mark, used to discourage others from buying and replicating our artwork. They cannot be excluded from the item. 

Shipping: At this time we are offering USPS flat rate shipping in the small size box. If you make multiple purchases we will combine items into one shipment, as long as they all fit, and you will only pay one shipping cost. We ship to Canda using the same USPS flat rate box, but cost is $30.90 for up to 4lbs. 

Return policy: Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase. Item must be in the same condition as you received it with a copy of your paid invoice enclosed. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied (via method TBD as of 4/8) within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges: We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged in transit. If you'd like to exchange a damaged/defective item for the same item, please contact us via a support ticket. We will not exchange one item for a different item, regardless of price. 

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is damaged/defective or we shipped it incorrectly. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

We have a zero tolerance policy for any type of discrimination. Of particular note is the appropriation of Mjolnir, otherwise known as Thor's hammer, by neo-Nazis, white-supremacists and far-right racist groups. We have a number of Mjolnir pendants in our shop. If you are buying in bulk or give any indication you are associated with any type of group listed above, we reserve the right not to sell to you. Period.
