All items at Boho of Bliss are handmade with care and intention. Due to the nature of handcrafted items, slight variations in color, texture, and design may occur. These variations are part of what makes each piece one of a kind.
Orders & Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping
Shipping times vary by location. Boho of Bliss is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the buyer.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products, all sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please review all design details carefully before placing your order.
Jewelry Repair Policy
Boho of Bliss offers jewelry repair services on select items, including pieces originally purchased from us.

All artwork is sold as-is and is final sale. Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been shipped and is not a custom item.
