Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of bath products, I cannot accept returns once items have been opened or used. However, I am committed to making things right. If your order arrives damaged, or if I have made an error, I will happily refund or replace the item at my expense.

If an issue arises that is not due to damage or a mistake on my part, I will do my best to work with you toward a resolution. In such cases where a refund is issued, it will be for the purchase price only (minus payment processing fees). Shipping costs cannot be refunded once an order has shipped.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact me within 24 hours of purchase. Once an item has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. All shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail within the United States only. I do not offer international shipping at this time.

Please note that shipping times may be longer during holidays, and while I do my best to ship promptly, delays within USPS are outside of my control. If a package is delayed or lost, I will gladly assist in tracking or filing a claim.

Allergies & Sensitivities
All products include full ingredient listings. Please review these carefully and perform a patch test before use. Black Fire Alchemy cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions due to individual sensitivities.

Custom Orders
Custom bath product orders (if accepted) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
