Processing & Shipping
Each item in the Bigfoot Quilts Creative Outlet is handmade with care and attention to detail. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Please note that during peak times or for custom-made pieces, processing may take a bit longer — because quality takes time and every stitch matters.

Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the size and destination of your order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We currently ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in purchasing, please contact us before placing your order.

Handmade & One-of-a-Kind Nature
All items offered in the Creative Outlet are handcrafted and unique. Variations in color, texture, or stitching are natural and part of what makes each piece special — no two are ever exactly alike. These differences are a hallmark of true handmade artistry and are not considered defects.

Returns & Exchanges
Because our items are handmade and often one-of-a-kind, all sales are final.
However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, it’s beyond our control. We’ll gladly help you start a claim or locate your package if it goes missing in transit.
