Free Shipping over $80 United States Orders.

At this time, we are not able to serve our international customers.

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

We ship Mondays and Fridays.  On days that included postal holidays, we will ship the next subsequent day.

Returns & Cancellations

Didn’t love what you ordered?  Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags and packaging. Original shipping fees are not refundable. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Returns may take up to 5-7 days for processing once the package has been delivered. 

• You must contact me within 14 days of delivery. Send me an email with your order number. (kaloethina AT gmail.com)
• Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
  
• Request a cancellation before the order has shipped.
• Used items: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted, along with the initial shipping fee (if the order was originally shipped for free). The buyer is also responsible for return shipping costs.

For cancellations: Please note that a transaction fee (typically 3-5%) will be deducted from refund's original method of payment.

Exchanges

I do not accept exchanges, but please feel free to contact me if you have any issues with your order.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Final Sale items (Discontinued items)

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value(restocking fee).
