? Custom & Personalized Orders

• Custom or personalized pieces are always welcome!

• Please allow [2-3 extra days] for creation time.

• Once approved and produced, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

? Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

• I gladly accept returns and exchanges on non-custom items. 

• Contact me within: [7 days] of delivery

• Ship items back within: [14 days] of delivery

• Cancellations: Accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

• Not accepted: Returns on custom or personalized orders, digital downloads, or sale items.

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• If an item arrives damaged, please message me with photos within 48 hours so we can make it right.
