1/2" birch core hard plywood, covered in canvas, with gesso. Rope edging with handstitched rawhide cover. 

 Generally takes me 2 weeks from start to finish. Message me for any questions, and dimensions. The average shield is roughly 20' x 30' 

 Prices will vary based on the size of the shield. I can also paint them and seal them for an additional cost based on complexity of designs. 

 Cost to ship will vary based on size and weight of course, but it is sadly fairly expensive.
