Regarding the weight of your pillow:
The more wool you put in your pillow means it will have more support for your neck. Wool has hollow fibers and you will sink in it. Queen 32 oz is the perfect weight and height for 99% of people because of the great neck support. It is soft but yet firm no matter what amount you put in. If you like a nice fluffy pillow 32oz is the perfect pillow and if you like only a little pillow go with the 18 oz which is very thin and made for a toddlers neck support.

My wool comes from Canadian Sheep and is washed with plant based soaps and humanely treated.

Pillows with wool puffs will get lumpy, clumpy and separate and makes for an uncomfortable sleep and they do not give you the neck support you need.

I have perfected the way I put the wool in my pillows making certain that there is no lumps or bumps and there will never be. They will always be nice and smooth providing the greatest amount of comfort and just the right amount of support for your neck throughout the night and there will never be any separation of fiber.

Your pillow comes in layers so different lofts can be accommodated to suite you and extra wool can be taken out or added. I offer extra wool layers for sale for your convenience.

Whenever you strip your bed put your pillow in your dryer on cool air fluff (NOT HOT AIR) for 5 minutes and your pillow will fluff back whenever you change your bed and your pillow will stay nice and fluffy.

All my wool is cleaned with plant based soaps, no chemicals are used. If you find washable wool then it has been processed with chemicals to make it washable. With my pillows they can only be spot cleaned and aired out. you can take the cover off because it has a zipper and you can wash the cover and then watch the video on how to manually fluff your pillow up. Duvets can be washed in the washing machine on the hand wash cycle and hung to dry.
