This pot is handmade in the shape and surface design of ceramics in early history, it was also fired in the same manner as early pottery. In a big open pit of fire. 

Because it is pit fired, it is somewhat more fragile than stoneware pottery, but it is functional and we think the authenticity is worth the care people take with these pots.

The color of the tumbler is different on every side, unpredictable because the color is given by the smoke of the fire and how the smoke interacts with the surface. The smoke color is permanent. The exterior of the pot is etching is carved in a period design. The interior of the pot is matte, with just the color of smoke and clay. It will not leak, although it may sweat when cold drinks are placed inside, which is normal condensation.  It fits in the hand very comfortably, including a large hand.

The pot is 43 & 1/2 inches tall and holds 14 oz.
