Description

I recently got married and realized that a hair pin made from an antique or vintage sterling silverware handle would make an excellent “something old” for the traditional fairytale wedding ceremony. These will work best stuck into thick hair or a tight updo, twist, or braid. A nice alternative to a veil or tiara, and works with both casual or elegant dresses. This could even be the start of an heirloom tradition in the future, if you pass it along to your daughter or daughter-in-law. Great gift for a bride!

A is reversible, the same front and back. Gorham, King Edward pattern, from 1936. 2.8”
B has a classic seashell on one side, and a baroque sea shell on the other.  Howard & Co, 1890-1920. 2.9”
C is slimmer, slightly shorter, and has a clear front and back. Unidentified. 2.5”
 All will be delivered in a lovely gift box with an anti-tarnish tab.
