The German "long knife" or messer was a favorite in the German states of the 15th century. 

Today it has been revived as a martial arts weapon among HEMA practitioners, and historical fencers. 

This one is lovingly crafted like the original, cast in a single piece of polished nickel to simulate steel or pewter. On the back it features a single hat-pin type connector that can be used even in thicker materials.
