This pot is a reproduction of a German style pipkin, called a 'Graapen'. It was used to cook foods over direct heat. My version can also be used for cooking over coals. I used local clay to make the pot and glazed it with a glaze I made myself, so I can guarantee it is food-safe.

This Graapen holds 20 oz. and is 6 inches tall including the tripod feet.
