Orders may be cancelled prior to packing and shipping.  Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt; purchaser is responsible for return shipping cost; item must be returned in original condition; refund of purchase price only will be made upon receipt of item.  Commissioned/ Bespoke items are non-returnable.  Group packing of multiple items will be considered as far as is practical, and best-cost will always be sought.
